In the latest installment of Pitchfork.tv’s Over/Under series, the 19-year-old rapper sat down with The Good Perry to share their thoughts on a wide range of random topics, including Tom Hanks, 50 Shades of Grey, and even well as fake IDs. Just one look at that list and it’s clear the conversation was kept relatively light; however, when it came to the subject of The Notorious B.I.G., Lil Boat gave an answer that didn’t sit well with many old-school hip-hop fans: He boldly declared the legendary MC “overrated.”
