What is your background? tell us where you grew up and some information about your upbringing/experiences as a youth: ‬

‪-Adopted at birth by the Williams Family. Born & raised in Detroit, Michigan on the Eastside on 7Mile Rd. Also adopted, my lil sister Danielle, came into the household when I was around a year & a half. Raised around adopted mother & my adopted father (Rodney Williams/attorney) in a fairly decent middle class household until my father divorced my adopted mother when I was the age of 3 forcing her to leave for Texas from Michigan. After that life for me & my sister was spent a lot at my grandparents house with my aunties & uncles who also lived there, which is normal in the city. So it was very family oriented & close knit for the most part, lit with love & laughs, family reunions & bbqs the 90’s was the shit. Me & my sister lived with my grandparents & my dad as well he just worked a lot, until I was the age 6 & my adopted mom forced me & my Lil sister to move to Texas with her which was the lamest fuckin shit at the time. Once I got there we hated it never seen or had to interact with so many white people so it was dramatically new. I became very distant from my mother mainly because she had a mean as “BabyBoy” ass boyfriend who use to talk shit about my daddy so I wasn’t fuckin wit dude at all from the jump. They end up getting married when I was 7 and I hated them from that day on, so me and my sister focused on a plan to get us back to Detroit where our entire REAL family was. Between us being rebels, getting our ass whooped and treated like child work slaves, my sister & I were always cold at sports so anything that kept us out the house we joined. Which is what lead us to being so naturally gifted and even better cause I never wanted to be home. So i used it as my outlet along with dancing, drawing, and making funny videos with my dawgs. Needless to say life was up and down on some crazy dramatic baby daddy, step dad arguing shit so it was hell until I decided one day in the summer before my 9th grade year while visiting my dad that we were being abused. So we were able to move back with him and life was back to the way me and my sister were comfortable. Still a lot of issues and Detroit hood shit so the story wasn’t peaches and cream but thats what my music is for ✌🏽…lol‬

‪At what moment did you know that music was part of your life and what feelings did you have towards making an active impact with your music? ‬

‪-Music was born in me. It’s certain people who are chose to do music. Like it was never something forced on me. I was always super gifted with wordplay, melodies, and impersonations. Gift of Gab type of time. I just always knew if I wanted to ever become an artist, I had to have some type of responsibility to push the culture of genuine Hip Hop forward in the right direction like the greats before me. No excuse. ‬
